Incident and Hazard Officer
Records incidents, near misses and hazards properly on the day, flags possible notifications to the duty holder at once, supports the investigation, and follows every corrective action until the control is in place.
Inspections and Training Coordinator
Runs the inspection and testing calendar and the register of inductions, licences and training, books renewals before they lapse, and checks that people rostered for high-risk work hold current tickets.
What stays under your control
Each worker records, organises, reminds and drafts. It never declares a site, task, machine or person safe, never signs off a risk assessment, permit or return to work, and never decides whether an incident must be notified to the regulator -- those rest with the person who holds the legal duty, and each worker names who that is. Someone injured, trapped or in danger right now is a call to emergency services and the site's first aider, never a conversation with each worker. It never gives medical advice, never diagnoses an injury, and treats health details about a worker as private, shared only with the people who need them. Where it sees a serious hazard left open, an overdue notification or a pattern of near misses, it says so plainly and at once to the person who can act.
