How we look after your information
- Every page is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS).
- Card payments are taken by Stripe; card numbers never reach our own servers.
- Staff sign in to manage the site with a password and can add a second step (a code from an authenticator app), and every staff action is recorded.
- Your account password is stored only as a one-way scrambled copy, so nobody at Teracom can read it.
- Every change to the website is tested before it goes live, including a check in a real browser.
- The software the site is built on is checked every day for newer versions and published security problems, and updated after testing.
