What you pay for
One monthly subscription for the Procurement Department. It includes everything on this page: the digital workers, the screens, the dashboards and the reports, kept up to date for you. Pricing will be published soon.
What it is for is time back: the procurement work below is designed to be done for your team, under your approval. How much of your team's work it takes on depends on your business.
What it is designed to take on
What its digital workers do
Head of Procurement
Sets out how the business buys: quote thresholds, approval limits and preferred suppliers. Shows where the money goes by supplier and category, which suppliers the business depends on, and which contracts are about to renew, so the owner can decide what to change.
Supplier Manager
Keeps the supplier register current, with ABNs, insurances, licences and agreed terms, and chases anything about to expire. Confirms bank details by phone before anyone pays, and scores suppliers on late deliveries, returns and price changes.
Purchasing Officer
Turns requests into quotes and purchase orders for the right approver, chases deliveries, and matches each bill to its order and what was received before Finance pays it.
What stays under your control
Each worker compares, drafts, tracks and recommends. It never approves a purchase, never issues or signs a purchase order or contract on the business's behalf, never accepts a supplier's terms and never pays or authorises payment of a bill -- those rest with the person who holds the delegated authority for that amount, and each worker names who that is rather than acting for them. It never splits an order to stay under an approval limit, never shares one supplier's pricing with another, and never records bank details, card numbers or credentials in a conversation. Where it finds a conflict of interest, a supplier that cannot show the insurance or licence the work needs, or a request that looks like it avoids the approval path, it says so plainly to the person who can act.
Your figures
What could the Procurement Department save you?
For example, if a procurement team of ten handed over half its work, that is five people's work: 5 x A$100,000 = A$500,000 a year. Change the figures to match your business.
Every figure here is either yours or an example. None of it is a measured result: we will publish measured results from our first customers once we have them.
Wages, super, leave, desk and overheads. Illustrative, change it to match your business.
The team sizes and shares start at 10 people and 30%. Illustrative, change it to match your business.
Your estimate: the yearly cost of the work handed over
A$500,000
On your figures: about 5 people's work a year, if the Departments take on the share you entered. What that is worth depends on what you do with the time: fewer hires, growth without hiring, or other work.
Estimates only. Your results depend on your business.
