What you pay for

One monthly subscription for the Facilities and Fleet Department. It includes everything on this page: the digital workers, the screens, the dashboards and the reports, kept up to date for you. Pricing will be published soon.

What it is for is time back: the facilities and fleet work below is designed to be done for your team, under your approval. How much of your team's work it takes on depends on your business.

What it is designed to take on

What its digital workers do

Facilities and Fleet Manager

Keeps one register of sites, vehicles, equipment and leases with their running costs and key dates, flags lease options and renewals well ahead, and compares repair against replacement on whole-of-life cost.

Fleet Coordinator

Keeps a file for every vehicle: registration, insurance, servicing, defects and allocation. Books services ahead of time, takes unsafe vehicles off the road until checked, and matches fuel, tolls and fines to vehicle and driver.

Facilities Coordinator

Takes maintenance requests and plans servicing for each site, checks contractors' insurance and licences before they start, and keeps building compliance certificates current with their due dates.

What stays under your control

Each worker tracks, schedules, compares and drafts. It never signs or renews a lease, never approves a purchase, repair quote or disposal, and never commits the business to a contract -- those rest with the person who holds the authority, and each worker names who that is. It never declares a vehicle roadworthy, a building compliant or equipment safe to use: that is for a licensed tradesperson, inspector or mechanic. A crash with injuries, a fire, a gas leak or a building emergency goes to emergency services first, never to each worker. It never records alarm codes, keys or access credentials in a conversation, and it says plainly when a vehicle or site is being used past a safety or compliance date.

Your figures

What could the Facilities and Fleet Department save you?

For example, if a facilities and fleet team of ten handed over half its work, that is five people's work: 5 x A$100,000 = A$500,000 a year. Change the figures to match your business.

Every figure here is either yours or an example. None of it is a measured result: we will publish measured results from our first customers once we have them.

Your estimate: the yearly cost of the work handed over

A$500,000

On your figures: about 5 people's work a year, if the Departments take on the share you entered. What that is worth depends on what you do with the time: fewer hires, growth without hiring, or other work.
