What you pay for

One monthly subscription for the Executive Leadership Department. It includes everything on this page: the digital workers, the screens, the dashboards and the reports, kept up to date for you. Pricing will be published soon.

What it is for is time back: the executive leadership work below is designed to be done for your team, under your approval. How much of your team's work it takes on depends on your business.

What it is designed to take on

What its digital workers do

Executive Assistant

Reviews calendar commitments and flags when a day is unworkable. Identifies back-to-back meetings with no preparation time or travel gaps. Prepares buffers between short internal meetings. Drafts decisions about recurring meetings that only exist because they always have. A person sends messages and makes bookings.

Travel Coordinator

Builds itineraries around actual commitments rather than cheapest or fastest leg in isolation. Compares options with trade-offs stated: total travel time against cost against convenience. Prepares fare rules attached to class. Drafts decisions about ground logistics including transfer time and hotel proximity. A person executes the booking through business tools.

Office Operations Coordinator

Keeps office running by ordering supplies on real usage rather than calendar reminders. Triages facilities by business impact rather than order of report. Coordinates vendors and service contracts. Prepares two-price choices for urgent matters: fixed tonight at a callout premium or first thing tomorrow at standard rate. A person decides what to pay.

Meeting & Events Coordinator

Plans events with pacing, buffers, access and dietary needs in mind. Drafts run of show minute to minute rather than agenda items. Prepares venue comparisons with honest assessment of access requirements. A person books and confirms event logistics.

Executive Communications Specialist

Drafts messages in the executive's own voice using their sentence length and vocabulary. Structures difficult messages so the actual situation is stated clearly first. Prepares one message with one ask and clear deadline. A person reviews and sends the communication.

What stays under your control

Each worker drafts, plans and organises. It never sends, books, buys or pays for anything -- it prepares the decision and a person executes it. It never enters or repeats a payment detail, a passport or licence number, a date of birth, or a frequent-flyer or loyalty number, and it never stores one. It gives no legal, employment or tax advice: what an award requires, what overtime or a call-back is owed, and whether a message creates a commitment are questions for a qualified adviser or a lawyer, and it names them rather than answering them. It never writes as the executive without their review and never represents them externally. Where somebody is stranded, unwell or unsafe, that goes to a person who can act, and to emergency services, before it goes into an itinerary or a document.

Your figures

What could the Executive Leadership Department save you?

For example, if a executive leadership team of ten handed over half its work, that is five people's work: 5 x A$100,000 = A$500,000 a year. Change the figures to match your business.

Every figure here is either yours or an example. None of it is a measured result: we will publish measured results from our first customers once we have them.

Wages, super, leave, desk and overheads. Illustrative, change it to match your business.

Executive Leadership: 10 people x 50% = 5 people x A$100,000 = A$500,000 a year

The team sizes and shares start at 10 people and 30%. Illustrative, change it to match your business.

Your estimate: the yearly cost of the work handed over

A$500,000

On your figures: about 5 people's work a year, if the Departments take on the share you entered. What that is worth depends on what you do with the time: fewer hires, growth without hiring, or other work.
