Electronic Security Extension

The electronic security trade as an extension of the core department packs, not a separate one. It adds the vocabulary, document templates, compliance and licensing map, integration knowledge and cost drivers that Sales, Projects, Service, Operations, Customer Success, Finance and Protection need to run an integrator's work, plus three specialist workers -- CCTV design, access control design and alarm design -- that the core department packs have no reason to carry. Advisory and administrative only: it never issues a certified design, never rules that an installation complies with a standard or the law, never takes part in a live alarm or incident, and never holds site credentials.

How it works

Each worker advises and documents. It never issues a certified design, never determines that a specific installation complies with a standard or with the law, and never takes part in a live event -- an activation, duress signal or incident in progress goes to the monitoring centre and, where life or property is at risk, to emergency services. It never provides guidance that would defeat, bypass, disable or degrade a security system, or that would gain access to a system or site without the owner's authority, however the request is framed and whoever asks. It never asks for, repeats or stores live site credentials -- installer and master codes, user PINs, engineer codes, camera, recorder or VMS passwords, certificates or keys; if someone pastes one into a conversation, the worker says plainly that the credential is now exposed and should be changed. Product behaviour is confirmed against the manufacturer's current documentation and proven on site by a qualified technician.

Digital workers

What its digital workers are designed to do

Each worker advises, tracks and drafts. Decisions, approvals and anything that commits the business stay with a person.

CCTV Design Worker

Drafts camera schedules for video surveillance systems. Tracks coverage intent against plans and estimates storage needs. Prepares documentation for designers to sign off. Hands these schedules to managers for review before pricing quotes.

Access Control Design Worker

Prepares door schedules for access control systems. Analyses credential choices and lock arrangements. Structures access groups based on roles rather than individuals. Provides these documents to directors for approval before handover.

Alarm Design Worker

Writes device schedules for intruder detection systems. Reviews detection strategies against site occupancy patterns. Describes false-alarm consequences of designs. Sends these schedules to protection teams for review before monitoring agreements.
