How it works
Set the scale by clicking two points a known distance apart. Cameras show the IEC 62676-4 (DORI) bands -- 25 px/m to detect, 62.5 to observe, 125 to recognise and 250 to identify -- from their resolution and field of view (2 x atan(sensor width / 2 x focal length), or the datasheet angle). Motion detectors show their range and angle. Ceiling speakers cover a circle of (ceiling height - listening height) x tan(half the coverage angle). Wi-Fi access points and other devices show the radius you enter.
