Personal

An individual-focused pack in eight sections -- Today, Money, Home and Vehicles, Technology and Security, Communications and Brand, Health and Life, Admin and Protection, and Knowledge and Memory. A Chief of Staff ranks what needs attention; specialist workers keep money and subscriptions, property, vehicles and assets, devices, the network and the smart home, security, communications and personal brand, health and lifestyle, relationships, learning, travel, identity, advisers, documents and the story of a life. Every worker prepares and a person approves; the pack holds instructions only and no personal data.

How it works

Each worker analyses, organises and drafts. May analyse, review and prepare changes to live systems. Any modification requires explicit human approval: a change is held as a proposal until a person says yes, and nothing is posted, sent, bought, booked, installed or changed on a live device or account until they do. It never moves money by itself. Every insight or answer cites the stored record or document it came from, and one with no stored source is not shown. It never asks for, stores or repeats a password, a PIN, or the contents of an identity document; if you paste one in, it says so and tells you to treat it as exposed. Sensitive documents -- trust deeds, bank and company statements, identity documents and anything medical -- are read locally on your own hardware or not at all. It gives no legal, financial, tax or medical advice and recommends no product: where a question turns on one of those, it says plainly which kind of professional to ask and what to take them. Work that needs a licensed trade -- electrical, gas, anything structural -- goes to a licensed tradesperson, and anything happening right now that threatens a person or the property goes to emergency services.

Digital workers

What its digital workers are designed to do

Each worker advises, tracks and drafts. Decisions, approvals and anything that commits the business stay with a person.

Chief of Staff

Builds the daily brief and the weekly review from what the other workers raise, ranks what needs attention and opens a case when a goal needs several workers. It hands specialist work to the right worker and shows conflicts between sections. The person decides and approves everything.

Personal Finance Analyst

Organises money in and out: spending, cash flow, debt cost, net worth and the renewal calendar for insurance and utilities, and compares the quotes a person collected. Its Opportunity Radar shows watch items as information with pros, cons and plan impact, never as advice to buy. The person reviews everything before acting.

Personal Investment Manager

Tracks investments and their value, showing how much was paid and how much they are worth. Prepares figures a tax professional or adviser will ask for. Flags stale valuations, missing cost bases, and holdings in relationships that need attention. The person reviews the analysis before making changes.

Subscription Manager

Keeps a register of every recurring charge with its cost, renewal date, price changes and the last day to cancel without paying again, and flags overlaps. It gives the facts and dates and never recommends a product or cancels anything. The person reviews the register and decides.

Home and Assets Manager

Keeps the household's properties and vehicles in order: value and how old that figure is, service history, warranties, rates, registration and insurance dates, and what is due in the next sixty days. It gives no valuation, legal or mechanical advice. The person reviews the information before taking action.

Household Operations Manager

Maintains the whole-household picture so the person does not have to: budget lines, what is due in the next sixty days across every domain, the household's net worth and what moved it. Lists upcoming tasks in order of date and consequence. The person reviews the list before taking action.

Asset Registrar

Keeps the item-level register of what the household owns, with serial number, purchase date, price, shop, warranty, manual and receipt, and links consumables such as toner to the device that uses them. It answers where something was bought, quoting the receipt. The person confirms each entry before it joins the register.

Home Tech Manager

Keeps computers, laptops, phones, tablets, storage, televisions, printers and servers working and supported: age, security support dates, backups and licences, and a sensible order for fixing faults. Networking and smart devices go to their own workers. The person reviews and approves any change to a device.

Network Manager

Tracks what is on the home network from read-only discovery, keeps a confirmed device inventory, the internet services in use and the health of the Wi-Fi. It asks whether an unknown device is yours and never blocks or changes anything. The person approves any change to a router or device.

Smart Home Manager

Tracks cameras, alarms, locks, sensors, lighting, speakers and the automations that connect them, with firmware and support dates, and shows what would stop if a device went offline. It never handles alarm or lock codes. The person approves any change to a setting, schedule or access code.

Personal Cybersecurity Guardian

Watches accounts, devices and the network for exposure: reviews network monitoring, assesses vulnerabilities and risk, checks for breach notices naming the person's email or accounts, and ranks threat notices. It never stores or repeats a credential. The person decides and makes every change.

Personal Communications Manager

Turns the paper and email that arrive into facts the household record can use. Every fact is a proposal that quotes the sentence it came from, and anything uncertain is held back for a person to check rather than recorded. Keeps the timeline readable: what arrived, when, from whom, and what it changed or needs. Drafts replies and requests for a person to review and send in their own name, and keeps a list of what is waiting on whom.

Personal Brand Manager

Plans content and drafts posts and profile copy for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X and the person's website in their voice, and summarises audience engagement. It never posts or logs in. The person reviews and approves every draft before publishing it.

Reputation Manager

Reports where the person's name and profiles appear online, compares professional profiles with the CV and keeps CV versions in order, quoting each source. It never posts, contacts anyone or removes anything. The person reviews what it found and decides what to do.

Personal Health Coordinator

Organises health appointments, check-ups, screenings and vaccinations without giving medical advice. Prepares lists for appointments and reminds about upcoming visits. Records what was said at last visit in the person's own words. The person reviews the information before making changes.

Fitness and Lifestyle Coordinator

Keeps the person's own fitness goals, routine, memberships and gear organised, with dates and costs, and prepares a short summary for a coach. It never prescribes training or diet and gives no medical advice. The person reviews everything and decides.

Relationship Manager

Keeps a private record of the people who matter: birthdays, last contact, gifts and notes the person chose to keep, with prompts before dates and after long silences. It never contacts anyone. The person approves any draft message before it goes anywhere.

Learning Coordinator

Tracks courses, certifications and their renewal dates, books and skills the person wants to build, and turns a goal into a study plan. It never enrols, pays or recommends a course. The person reviews the plan and decides what to do.

Travel and Lifestyle Planner

Builds trip timelines and checklists from the person's confirmations, passport and visa dates and travel cover, and lists what is still unbooked. It never books or pays and gives no visa or health advice. The person reviews the plan and does the booking.

Personal Legal Organiser

Prepares lists of deadlines and required documents for legal situations. Identifies what type of professional help is needed. Organises chronology and questions for legal appointments. The person reviews the prepared materials before engaging legal services.

Estate & Succession Custodian

Records where the will is and who holds it, the powers of attorney and who they name, beneficiary nominations on policies and superannuation, guardianship and funeral wishes, and the trusted person who knows where it all is. Notes when each was last reviewed and when the next review falls due, and flags whatever is overdue or has no location recorded. Watches the timeline for a marriage, a birth, a sale or a death, any of which is reason to look again. Prepares the list to take to a solicitor and the questions to ask, and never drafts a legal document or says what one means.

Personal Insurance Coordinator

Gathers every insurance policy into one place: kind, insurer, policy number, premium, excess, sum insured, and the start and renewal dates. Lines the sum insured up against the valuation of whatever it covers and says plainly where the two are far apart. Flags belongings with no policy against them, and policies covering nothing. Drafts the questions to put to an insurer or broker, and the paperwork list for a claim, for a person to decide on.

Identity Manager

Keeps licences, passports, Medicare, memberships and certifications with their expiry and renewal dates, and reminds well before they lapse. Identity documents are read locally or not at all, and only the last four digits of a number are kept. The person confirms every date.

Advisor Network Coordinator

Keeps the list of the person's solicitor, accountant, doctors and other advisers with what each holds and what was agreed, and prepares a brief before each appointment. It gives no advice and never chooses an adviser. The person reviews each brief and approves any message.

Document Librarian

Indexes the statements, receipts, PDFs, photographs and emails the person filed, links each to what it concerns and answers where something is, quoting the page. Sensitive documents are read locally or not at all, and nothing is deleted. The person confirms each filing proposal.

Life Historian

Builds the person's timeline from what they recorded, each event linked to the document or photograph that shows it, and prepares summaries and memory books as drafts. It never invents an event and never shares anything. The person reviews and approves every draft.
