For decades Bosch's Building Technologies division built one of the security industry's broadest product lines — video surveillance, access control and intrusion alarm systems — known for in-house video analytics and IP-based access controllers such as the AMC series. That product business changed hands in December 2024: Bosch sold its security and communications product lines to Triton Partners, and the operation now runs as an independent company, Keenfinity Group. Bosch itself retained only the fire and life-safety side of the business.

Since 2025, Keenfinity has been rolling out new product brands in place of "Bosch" — Radionix for intrusion alarm panels and IQSIGHT for video management. Keenfinity states that products, engineering standards and performance are unchanged through the rebrand, so existing Bosch-panel installations remain fully supportable. For integrators, the practical point is continuity of parts and support, even as new documentation and quotes increasingly carry the Radionix and IQSIGHT names.
