The Shintaro wireless headset is a versatile solution for contact centres, compatible with desk phones, mobiles and laptops. Easy to pair using the pairing mode, this headset has a mute feature on it's dock to toggle this function on and off (Note: The microphone mute only works for phone calls from cell phones and certain software on PC such as Microsoft Teams and Skype for Business). The dock has a ringtone function to alert you in incoming calls from the PC so you will not miss your important calls. The ringtone can also be turned off should you prefer.
